The two roomy double bedrooms boast a smart TV in each, and one bedroom has a stunning ensuite
shower room, floor to ceiling built-in mirrored wardrobe and a desk/working space. A newly
renovated, family sized designer bathroom with a bath/shower completes the set up. Netflix & WIFI
are included as standard making this an ideal stop for your weekend city break or business trip!

Please read the house manual on your arrival and ensure that all guests adhere to the instructions and rules given.

No Smoking -This is a non-smoking property so it is not permitted to smoke anywhere in the property or in any of the public areas associated with it.

No Parties or Events. This property is for residential purposes only, not for parties or gatherings. If, on arrival, it is felt the guest are intending to use the property for such an event, there will be consequences. Please be aware that we monitor all our properties and will impose a fine of £2’000 should you break this rule.

No Drugs or illegal substances – Please do not bring these onto our property.

No Pets – While we understand how much we all love our furry companions, unfortunately this is not allowed, so please do not bring any pets onto the premises.

No Re-let/Sublet of Pluxa Property – This may seem obvious, but it’s happened before so please be aware that this property is hired to you and your guests only!

For your own safety kindly do not light any candles or any other fires on the property. The internal heating and warm blankets should suffice.

Wet Items – Please do not hang or place any wet/damp articles of washing on or over any room heater as this is a potential fire hazard.

Kindly do not use the phone or fax line connected to the property. If you need to use these for any reason, please check with us first.

And finally, you are responsible for caring for the property and all of its contents. The property and all equipment, utensils, furniture, etc. is on lend for the duration of your stay and must be left clean and tidy at the time of your check out from the apartment or an extra cleaning fee may be incurred.
